Leadership

Lance R. Tullius has over 20 years of financial advisory and merger & acquisition experience, having worked with and represented numerous middle market companies in many different industries throughout mostly North America. He has completed well over 100 transactions in his career, representing approximately $1 billion in aggregate transaction value. He has also authored numerous articles for global industry trade publications on such topics as strategic exit planning, preparing for and negotiating the sale of a business, transaction integration, and market/economic trends. He has specific expertise in such areas as negotiating and structuring merger & acquisition transactions, business valuation, and exit strategy preparation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
