Bug Doctor acquired by Anticimex; marks world’s fourth-largest pest control company’s entry into North America.
Bug Doctor, Inc. based in Paramus, New Jersey, was acquired by Anticimex Group on July 29, 2016. For Anticimex, the world’s fourth-largest pest control company, the acquisition represents its entry into the U.S. market. Bug Doctor was founded in 1992 by Stuart Aust, its current President. The Company provides high quality pest management services to mostly commercial customers, including retail, healthcare, entertainment, food service, stadiums, multi-unit apartment complexes, and commercial industrial facilities. The Company services accounts across the country under several brands including Bug Doctor, Bird Doctor Worldwide, Mosquito Doctor, Animal Doctor, Bed Bug Doctor, Restoration Doctor, and Tree Doctor.
