
Greenix Pest Control acquired by Gridiron Capital
Greenix Pest Control (the “Company”), one of the largest independent pest control companies in the United States, has been acquired by Gridiron Capital. The transaction closed in July 2025.
Greenix provides comprehensive and eco-conscious pest control solutions, including general pest, mosquito and tick management, and rodent removal, as well as specialty services such as bed bug mitigation and termite control. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Orem, Utah, Greenix currently ranks number 13 on the most recent PCT Top 100 list. The Company services more than 250,000 households through 37 branches across 19 markets in 16 states, with a strong presence in the Midwest and Northeast.
Riata Capital Group invested in the control recapitalization of Greenix in partnership with Chairman and CEO Bob Nilsen in December 2020. Since Riata’s investment, the Company has successfully executed a number of key milestones, each of which propelled the Company’s substantial growth over the past nearly five years.
